You can also use the ionic feet bath based on electrolytes. This is a method where electrical current is used to create a chemical reaction. Warm water is used in order to open the pores and salt act like an anti-inflammatory agent. The ions are absorbed and detoxification is conducted. The salt water becomes dark. The bath can be performed ion the whole body. It can be done in several ways:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sea salt;
  • 1 cup of Epsom salt;
  • 2 cups of baking soda;
  • Essential oils (optional).

Preparation Method:

  • Place the ingredients dissolve in a quart size jar with boiling water.
  • Fill the tub with warm water and add apple cider vinegar.
  • Then, add the salt and the essential oils. Soak for half an hour.
  • You might feel exhausted and weak after the bath, but it will help you soothe skin irritation, detox your body, and increase magnesium levels.


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of Epsom salt;
  • ½ cup of bentonite clay;
  • Essential oils (optional).

Preparation Method:

  • Dissolve the Epsom salt in a hot bath and add the essential oils.
  • Mix the clay in a small amount of water until dissolved.
  • Avoid using metal and then add it to the bath, soaking for 20 minutes.
  • It will remove body toxins and boost your magnesium levels.


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. of dried ginger powder;
  • 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide.

Preparation Method:

  • Fill the tub with hot water and then add the ingredients in it, soaking for half an hour. 
  • It will help you soothe any kind of pain and assist you with allergies and skin irritations.
